HOW TO REQUEST A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

bullet Click here to request a repeat prescription via EMISaccess, our online system.
(Please note - You must register at the Surgery in person with photo ID to use this facility.)
 
bullet By placing in the box on the reception counter.
 
bullet By posting your order slip to us.
 
bullet By telephoning on our designated telephone line Monday to Friday between:
8.30am - 10.30am

(Please note - from 24th May 2010 our Repeat Prescription Telephone Line is no longer open in the afternoons.)
