All repeat prescription requests (Telephone / Fax / Online) require two working days to process.

HOW TO REQUEST A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

• Click here to request a repeat prescription via EMISaccess, our online system.
  (Please note - You must register at the Surgery in person with photo ID to use this facility.)
   
• By placing in the box on the reception counter.
   
• By posting your order slip to us.
   
• By telephoning on our designated telephone line Monday to Friday between:
  8.30am - 10.30am
