The vast majority
of the work of a GP is covered by
the NHS and no extra fees are
payable.
Some work falls outside the scope of
the NHS.
Private work includes:
- Examinations
for insurance, HGV/PSV, sports
etc.
- Reports for
insurance, lawyers, holiday
cancellation.
- Certificates
or forms like private sick
notes, BUPA, PPP, etc.
Please contact the
surgery if you require any private
services.

These lists give the current rates charged at

From the 1st April
2006 we are obliged to register for
VAT, which is charged at the current rate of
20%.
