The Dispensary is open from 8.30 am until 6.30 pm on Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on Friday.

The Dispensing team are responsible for all repeat prescription requests and will discuss any medication queries.

HOW TO REQUEST A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

	Click here to request a repeat prescription via our online system. (NB You must register at the Surgery in person with photo ID to use this facility.)
	By placing in the box on the reception counter.
	By posting your order slip to us.
	By telephoning on our designated telephone line Monday to Friday between: 8.30am - 10.30am Telephone number: 01684 592840

All repeat prescriptions require 48 hours' notice.

Please only order what you require from the order slip.
